Q: When will I receive my order?

A: All of Alice Roche jewelry is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. All packages are insured and shipped through USPS. If you use UPS expedited shipping, please note that your order may still take a week or two to fill. The only expedited part of this process is shipping. Please contact us if you need something right away - we can usually accommodate special requests.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: All of Alice Roche jewelry is completed with a semi-matte finish. If you need to clean your jewelry, we suggest using a soft toothbrush with liquid soap and warm water. With a light touch, clean the piece in a circular motion. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth.

Q: What if my piece is defective?

Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days upon receipt. Items must be unworn and otherwise in good condition. Defective items will be replaced with identical items only. Please contact us for a return authorization. All freight must be returned prepaid. Please allow 2 weeks for a replacement order.

 Q: What if I need a repair?

A: Our jewelry is carefully made with great attention to detail. If, for any reason, an item breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 60 days of purchase, repairs are made at no cost. All other repairs for damaged or worn pieces are available upon request. Please contact us for an estimated repair cost. Please allow 2 weeks for repairs.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Alice Roche Jewelry is committed to customer satisfaction. If you decide to return your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accommodate you. Item(s) must be post marked no later than 10 days after you have received them. Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition. Defective items will be replaced with identical items only. Once we process your return, we will email you a credit which can be applied to your next order. To arrange a return, please contact us to authorize the return. Return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Custom orders are not returnable. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
