Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All of Alice Roche jewelry is made to order. Most items ship in 1-3 days. If you use expedited shipping, please note that your order may still take a few days to fill.  Please contact us if you need something right away - we can usually accommodate special requests.

Q: How will my jewelry arrive?
A: All Alice Roche Jewelry comes in a hand stamped box with a hand stamped linen bag. We include care instructions as well. You will have to option to chose gift wrapping at check out. This includes a sweet little bow around the box and a customized note to the recipient.

Q: Do you make wedding rings or custom jewelry? 
A: Yes. Please contact us to talk about your project. . We work with a variety of precious metals and gemstones. We are also able to reclaim metals and stones from heirloom jewelry and include them in your newly designed piece. Alice will work with you directly to design and create the jewelry of your dreams. Please view our gallery to see some  custom pieces Alice has created for other clients.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: All of Alice Roche jewelry is completed with a semi-matte finish. If you need to clean your jewelry, we suggest using a soft toothbrush with liquid soap and warm water. With a light touch, clean the piece in a circular motion. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns of merchandise must be made within 10 days upon receipt. Returns can only be exchanged for store credit. To arrange a return, please contact us for a return authorization. Please allow 2 weeks for a replacement order. Custom orders are not returnable.

Q: What if my piece is defective?
A: Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days upon receipt. Items must be unworn and otherwise in good condition. Defective items will be replaced with identical items only. Please contact us for a return authorization. All freight must be returned prepaid. Please allow 2 weeks for a replacement order.

Q: What if I need a repair?
A: Our jewelry is carefully made with great attention to detail. If, for any reason, an item breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 60 days of purchase, repairs are made at no cost. All other repairs for damaged or worn pieces are available upon request. Please contact us for an estimated repair cost. Please allow 2 weeks for repairs.

Q: Are you able to replace a single earring? 
A: Yes. Please contact us and let us know what you need. 

Q: What is gold-filled? 
A: Gold-filled is made from layers of 14K gold that are fused to a base metal. Unlike gold plating, gold-filled will not wear off.

Q: What is oxidized silver? 
A: Oxidized silver is made using a natural process that blackens the silver. This tarnish will stay on your jewelry, but may buff out a bit on well worn pieces. Please do not use a silver polish to clean oxidized pieces. You can clean with a soft brush and liquid soap.

Q: Where is your jewelry made? 
A: All of Alice Roche Jewelry is handmade right here in San Francisco. We source our metals (most of which are reclaimed/recycled) from American manufacturers.

Q: What happens with my private information?
A:We are committed to your security and will never sell, lease or share your information with any others. We use your information to confirm and complete orders, contact you if we have any questions regarding your order and to keep you updated through newsletters and specials.
